I’ve never seen it, but is it, you know, The Eye?

edit: Actually, I see that’s from Hong Kong, so never mind.

It’s not, although that’s also a very good movie.
.

Nor that.

The answer is a 2004 Japanese film called Yogen (or Premonition in English) about a haunted newspaper, basically. It’s on Netflix streaming, if you’re curious. Pretty decent movie and a couple of fairly creepy scenes. It’s worth 90 minutes I think. I’m surprised no-one got it, since I know we have some knowledgeable Asian movie buffs around these parts.

Anyway, I win! Woo! This next one should be quite a bit easier, I think:

Oh goddamnit. I’ve seen Premonition, but it was like six years ago (back when I still regarded Netflix with suspicion and had an MVP pass with Hollywood Video), so I couldn’t quite place it. :(

go?45*

in case someone tries to say it is ambiguous since i put ?45 in there: go

That’s it. You’re up!

yay!

Career Opportunities?

edit: or wait, the answer might be at the bottom of your screen cap. The Ender of Things?

Hmm, Winona Ryder as a cashier. I’m going to guess Girl, Interrupted. Was Winona Ryder a cashier in that?

-Tom

That looks more like Keanu than Winona.

It might be a long-form music video for “Jesus Christ Pose”.

for the record, the dude in my screencap is a dude.

TiMER

correct! funny comedy/romance/sci-fi.

Nah, can’t be that one.

40:40

Last shot as there’s no 80:80

Dude, your vacation slides don’t count.

It is of course a real film though indie, but the lead is reasonably well known and been in a large amount of stuff, you may not recognize him in that last shot as he gets the crap kicked out of him all film.

Sidekick?

No wait wrong.

Special.
