This would have been a much better movie, if the ending were exactly the opposite of the ending we got in the movie’s final few scenes. Here I’m talking about the cop who returns to investigate the crime scene. If Mr Crowe was looking at his wife in the scene above and thinking, “Wait, who the fuck are you?” it would have been badass.

brian dennehy is totally recognizable in that first screencap! also, i always love seeing special guest star

Shit the one time recognising Sandrine Bonnaire comes in useful and I’m too late!!!

p.s. you guys should check her out in A Nos Amours and Vagabond if you haven’t already, she was an amazing teenager.

Hidden?

Looks like Gabriel Byrne, so I’ll go with The Usual Suspects.

armored?

That reminds me of the cop from V, so “V for Vendetta?”

None of those.

Damn it, now I want Leffe, and/or Cafe du Monde.

I’m pretty sure the guy on the left is Gerard Depardieu. But I can’t narrow it any further… the man does like 5 or 6 movies a year. I recognize the other guy, but I can’t put a name to him…

Mesrine?

Inspector Bellamy

You are correct sir!

Addendum: By sir, I mean Slumberland.
