Well, yah I did. You may have a history with Ebert that I’m unaware of, so I’m just not going to comment…

Except to say that I just finished watching Kill List again tonight, and I liked it a bunch more the second time…I’d go so far as to say I loved it. I caught a whole bunch of things I missed the first time and I loved the dreamlike way it drags you to something inevitable and awful. I can’t wait to see what Ben Wheatley is up to next. 8 out of 10!

I was just joshing you.

And, yeah, I look forward to seeing what Ben Wheatley does next. He’s definitely, uh, bold. :) And I did like the title cards in Kill List.

Fun fact: I haven’t actually seen Kill List. I just recognised the Houdini Splicer mask from some of the promotional stuff. Sorry.

So, how long is the convention before I post the 40:40? This one is reasonably easy. You’ll get it by the 60:60.

It seems like it’s usually played-by-ear but I’ll give you a throwaway guess of Rocky Horror Picture Show?

Rats, that looks like something I’ve definitely seen. Dead and Buried?

-Tom

Re-Animator?

Hmmm.

The fact that you took a guess with Dead and Buried brings a tear to my eye.

Come, Dan. Let me fix those for you.

Nope, nope, and nope. Though this is certainly something a good number of you will have seen.

40:40

Aww, tricky.

Is it Assault on Precinct 13?

Nope. I’ll bung up the 60:60 tomorrow. It’s late here in old Albion.

Fixed.

60:60. Wow, I really thought you guys would have got this one by now.

In the Heat of the Night.

And they do call me Mr. Tibbs

Yes! Bingo! (And that’s great).

Haha, that’s awesome!

Oh crap, now I’ve got to come up with one.

working…working…

Come on then!

Nearly two days seems like long enough to wait. I’m gonna jump in with one I capped but didn’t use.
