Wow, definitely going to check out Fabulous Stains. Young Diana Lane was in that, on top of Streets of Fire? She only needed one more to make some kind of trilogy.
Part of me said, “Nobody is going to recognize Peter Sellers walking through a trashy yard at fifty paces.” And then the other part remembered how this game goes. You are correct!

As long as the roots are not severed, there will be growth in the spring.
It’s not House and it’s not Her Alibi, but damn if that porch doesn’t look familiar.
That black guy in the car is one of those “that guy’s” from the 80s that was in tons of movies but I can’t quite place which ones. Usually played a cop.
EDIT: Fright Night. And it was the black guy who usually plays a cop…playing a cop!
What the F charmy? How’d you get that?
Dunno. I just knew that guy was from a lot of 80s movies, looked through my 80s movies and thought of Fright Night. Threw it in the DVD player, and there it was! :-)
New 20:
(sorry about the quality…terrible encode)
I think there was a sidekick character wearing that muscle shirt and zebra shorts in S.F.W., not sure if it was this actor though.
The one on the left looks kind of like Jere Burns (the guy who plays Wynn Duffy on Justified), but he appears to have played low profile roles in a lot of shitty-looking movies over the years, none of which I’d ever heard of. So even if I’m right, that doesn’t help me. :(
I did learn that apparently Michael Chiklis’ first movie role was as John Belushi, though.

What the hell is your source material?
I’ve seen less blockiness in a mid-90s FMV adventure.
Ha, we need a 20:20 video game edition. Critical Path! Why oh why couldn’t I figure out how to turn on the showers?
It’s from an online streaming service. Bad encode. It’s not really THAT bad until that last one in the dark. But by then I’d already done a bunch!
Here’s a near-final shot in the film, and then I’ll give the answer…
OK, I’m bored with this one. The answer: Slacker. 90s indie classic…come on people!
Let’s move on. Here’s an easier one:
