Nope. No trolls in this one.
There have been 200 views since I left for church this morning, so here is the forty:

Jack and the Cuckoo-Clock Heart?
You got it Justin. I just stumbled across this movie on Netflix, loved the art style and decided to take a chance on it. I was very skeptical at first because the lyrics to the songs are pretty terrible across the board. Hopefully this is due to translation to English. However, the very original characters and the quirky art style won me over. The final scene is just perfect and is easily worth withstanding a few dead eared lyrics to get there.

The (almost) 0ne hundred (because I loved it):

Yay! Justin! I’m so happy you’re in this thread.

Awesome. I actually recognized the art style only but I’m glad to hear it’s good (despite the lyrics).
So, since I’m relatively new to this, how often do we post the next frame? And do we cut off at 100:100? Not that I think I’ll make it that far.
Anyway, here’s the new 20…

Perfume: The Story of a Murderer
Awesome movie by the way!
Keep writing into the podcast to get Kellywand to see it. I’m sure he’d love the ending.

Is that, The Fury?
Sorry. This is a crappy way to win. But last year my son’s soccer coach decided to change the name of the team from Night Furies to The Fury. I considered an Avengers joke, but made a dumb Amy Irving joke about the name change instead since the coach works in Hollywood. It went over like most of my jokes go over.
At any rate, I watched clips from the movie at the time because I got curious, and this has to be a shot from that movie.

It is indeed The Fury. Talk about false advertising, not a single tank to be found in it.
Actually heard about this movie from the Metal Gear Solid wiki:
Psycho Mantis’ powers were inspired by another fictional psychic character from the 1978 film The Fury, with Hideo Kojima telling his motion designer to go see it.

80:80
100:100
Looks like Brian DePalma, but not Carrie . . . no freaking clue.
EDIT: Doh!
I love that frame, partly for how it would make sense if you haven’t seen the movie, but mostly for the scene it clearly evokes if you have seen the movie!
