Is there a list keeping track of which movies have been done? It gets hard to keep up…

You can find it here charmtrap does a great job of keeping it up to date.

More than one penis is penisi.

I think.

Don’t quote me on this.

Tim replied to my penis joke. Color me surprised.

Am I that transparent?

Erm, whose turn is it? I mean, I guessed correctly, but it was a repeat so I’m not sure if we have a ruling on that.

You should take it imo.

Yeah, I’m sure it’s not the first repeat. I know I’ve seen Cloverfield at least twice.

Aight, I’ll post up after the game.

How could anyone sit through Cloverfield twice?

New 20 here!

Boys Don’t Cry?

That’s the one!

OK! Now I’m new to this so let me get this straight - I post a shot from the 20 min:20 sec mark, right? How long do I wait until I do post the 40:40, 60:60, etc?

20:20, 40:40, 60:60, 80:80…100:100, optional but allowable.

The gap between varies by temperament, but at least 90 minutes up to 12 hours seems about the range.

Also, I know it was just posted a few posts above, but do check charmtrap’s excellent Frame Game thread to make sure the movie has not been done already.

Welcome to the game, Jazzer! Happy to have you here.

-xtien, Frame Game Repeat Offender with his post of The Untouchables

I looked at three other possibilities before this one but they all gave hilariously unhelpful screenshots. This one should be easy enough, I guess.

20:20

Edit: Thanks, Christien. I checked the list and was foiled on my first four choices, dammit! :)

You’re welcome, Jazzer!

Is that Blue Velvet?

We have a winner! Blue Velvet (1986)

40:40

60:60

Just seeing those frames makes me shudder. The scariest movie weekend of my life was when I rented that movie and Poltergeist on the same video store visit as a teenager when my folks were out of town. Our house was tucked back from the road, far from street lights. It was dark. It was stormy. I thought I was in for a silly ghost movie made for kids followed by a weird artsy movie that would up my indie movie watching cred.

What I got was terrifying and keep-you-up-at-night creepy.

It was not a good weekend. I have never forgiven David Lynch.
