If I’m seeing it right, in the first one he punches the back of the dudes head a little. In the second he squirts water on the other guys gloves(?) before he puts them on.

@arrendek is close on the first, right on the second. In the first the guy on the bench takes his water bottle and squirts the guys in the faceoff. Which is a bit of a time honored activity, at least amongst the more dickish players in the league.
