EDIT: BTW, some investigative work by yours truly (prompted by the ふるさわ歯科 banner/ad) seems to indicate that that bridge/river thing is located more precisely in Koshigaya, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.

And this one is in Osaka, it seems.
This is the split exchange for the Osaka monorail in front of Okamoto Taro’s Tower of the Sun. It was the train deserving the place where I lived for a couple of years in Osaka. It is freaking overpriced, and is a poster of why there are so few monorails in Japan when it stops running as soon as the winds go past the 100km/h threshold.
Also, that gif was fastforwarded as well: the real trains are much slower.
Both gifs were running at higher speeds. Not sure why.
