It’s been 24 hours, so I’m probably not going to get it. (sad face)
It’s from a Seinfeld episode, The Chinese Restaurant. The actor that says that line and plays the receptionist in the restaurant in that episode is the same that plays Lo Pan in Big Trouble in Little China.
@TimElhajj Lo Pan is played by the excellent James Hong who also plays the maître d’ at a Chinese restaurant in a classic Seinfeld episode.
I even watched the YouTube of that Seinfeld, but didn’t notice the actor.

I was like, ‘He’s the eye guy from Blade Runner!’
