The fact that the guy in the foreground has a shirt written “Treinamento” (training, in Portuguese), and the general structure and outfits suggests that this happened in Brazil. So no, not Trump supporter. Just an ordinary Brazilian. Kind of.
And the guy with the gun must be a policeman of some sort, because normal citizens can not carry guns around here, with very few exceptions. So yay!
