Well, assuming he has competent heads of departments, it’s not like he can’t start a lot of initiatives at the same time and let the department leaders handle working them out. If I were him I would have a list of the what I want to do in the first, 7th, 30th, 90th days. You are right that it’s going to be a hell of a long list though.

The thing about the Paris Accords and the Iran deal is that it ought to be easy. The deals already exist. Just rejoin them. It’s possible that Iran will not follow suit, but it doesn’t hurt in any way to try it.

Any idea what prisoners they are talking about swapping? I guess I kind of remember there being some former FBI guy or something. It will be great if they are able to get the deal done.

I assume they’re talking about the 4 US citizens listed here as still being detained. Iran wants to swap them for Iranians held in the US for violating US sanctions on Iran.
