The pass? Didn’t matter from a clock perspective despite the announcer’s bafflement. They had to run another 2 plays (2nd/3rd down) before the 2:00 minute warning regardless. The pass play didn’t net Houston more than maybe 5 seconds.

They hadn’t won an east coast early game in almost 4 years. Even a homer isn’t going to take those odds.
