Eli and the Giants are making it look easy. That can’t last long.
They are a team. The Bronco defense handed the game to Tebow with the Broncos three points down. He lead them to tie the score. Synergy. Then the defense hands the offense(special teams in this case) the chance to win the game.
Synergy just wins!
lol – verily, there is truth in that statement.
Hey, he played well today. He threw some nice passes, did a good job of shrugging off the rush to buy time on a few plays, ran in a two point conversion, and…the Broncos win to tie for the lead in the AFC West.
Yes as he did absolutely nothing to win the game, 2 TDs, no turnovers, a 145 passer rating and a 2 point conversion mean nothing I guess.

Gooooo Giants!!!
(I know this probably won’t last.)
Absolutely epic Redskins fail. Epic.
He did lose a fumble, didn’t he?
And yes, he deserves credit for playing a basically competent game – 66% completion ratio, 200 yards. He was probably a net positive for his team. But that’s not what the Tebowmaniacs are going to be saying.
Oh God the QT3 NFL thread is like P&R.
People will of course argue about sports in a sports thread. Don’t really see what the problem with that is.
He was only probably a net positive for his team??? Wow…

Man, Matthews totally suckered Eli into that the whole way. That was embarassing.

It was mainly a discussion, not an argument, until you waded in.
People are giving Tebow credit for looking like a competent NFL quarterback for the first time. Like most rookies look at this point of their career. Except it’s his second year, so maybe he’s just a tad slow.

Vernon Davis, you will never see a more catchable pass. Did you accidentally put the Pam on your gloves and the stickum on your jersey?
You may say it is madness, but I say: THIS. IS. TEBOW.
He did have that wackjob McDanials there last year though.
Thongsy

Dammit Vernon Davis, you finally get your chance this year and you’re blowing it. Also only the fumbling player can recover and advance the football in the final two minutes of a half? Never knew that.

Yeah, that rule has been around a while, to prevent players from attempting fumblerooskis at the end of a half or game or on a 4th down when they’re short.
