0-2 to the Skins. Terrible. They really play down (or up) to their competition. That said they still control their destiny. Beat the Jets and beat Dallas the week after and they’re in. If Philly beats Dallas next week then Giants only need to beat Dallas at the end and win the division at 8-8.

My question is, how did the Chiefs lose so many this year? Orton is a phenomenal Pro Bowl QB who just makes pass after pass, and their defense is dominant.

Yeah, and Orton got hurt on the first throw his first series in the previous game, so this is really his first full starting game for them.

Yeah, they had a good day, but Orton’s only been there a few weeks, and he’s a guy who was released outright by Denver when you’d think there would be a line of playoff contenders (Texans, Bears) desperate to trade for a decent QB. Calling him a “phenomenal Pro Bowl QB” is a little over the top. :)

He was released after the trade deadline, and the deadline passed after both those teams lost their starting QB. They both put a waiver claim on him but the Chiefs had the worst record they got him. He’s not a great QB but he played very well today, although he had the same problem he had the entire time he was here in Denver, he couldn’t finish in the red zone.
