Did I miss anyone else?
Heh. I wondered something similar myself, but I couldn’t quite make out what it said. Of course, nutsak can see into the hearts of men, so I totally trust his reading on it. NUTE: explanation?
Shotgun. Shotgun mailings. Basically a recruiting tool to canvass a ZIP code for potentially eligible veterans.

Eligible for what? For shotguns? You give these old people shotguns? And candy? I bet you do, candy and shotguns. You get them hopped on fucking sweeties so they go all blah blah blah blah and start shooting up the place. That’s plan isn’t it? ISN’T IT?
You say that as if there’s something wrong with it…

Well if you’re man enough to admit it then I don’t see a problem.

Crap. I wanted to replace my “look, I have a baby!” pic I’d submitted not too long after becoming a dad with my more meme-famous N-Gage pic, but it looks like I was hosting that on my old Mindspring site and the links to it are dead. :(
Mindspring? Holy cow, that’s a way back machine.
Speaking of which, did you actually try using the wayback machine?

I did. It has the Qt3 front page and the forum landing page, but once you click Games it craps out.
I meant on your mindspring site.

Ah. Tried that and I get a list of files that includes the image I’m looking for (n-dork.jpg):
http://web.archive.org/web/20040828211339/http://dennya.home.mindspring.com/
…but attempting to click the jpg tries to access it from Mindspring’s site in 2010, so I get an error.
And if I search specifically for http://dennya.home.mindspring.com/n-dork.jpg it says “not in archive.”
Ah. That’s too bad. If you had the image embedded in html it might have archived it. The site for my old mod, frag.ops, for example:
http://web.archive.org/web/20071015040929/http://frag-ops.com/
Almost every image is there.
MY first site was on Xoom.

Denny did you ever submit the picture to sidetalkin.com? It seems all of their images are still working.

Every time this gets bumped I mean to get involved, and then forget. But not today!

Me, recently. I wish I could remember what I was looking at.
