As a thought unrelated to this particular game, if you’ll allow me, QT3 is AWESOME!

I came to the community because I liked to play Ascension. Now, here I am, surrounded by “friends” doing something completely unrelated to what brought me here in the first place! (This occurs to me as I look through our list of participants…and see a lot of the first folks I made acquaintance with in the Ascension thread, a veritable Who’s Who of Ascension Royalty!)

I’m having a bit of a teary-eyed moment.

I joined the forums to participate in the classic game club, Thief in particular got me in. Though I had lurked around the site for years, even played a bunch of Ascension with people from here (even got name checked in one of Christiens articles woot woot).

Still play even, perhaps I should pop by that thread and get some more challengers. Only have 6 games currently going, a far cry from the halcyon days of 12-15 at a time ;)

It sure is. I’m so used to just being good in the background that having the responsibility of distributing these cards to the great and good is rather nice.

I expect that I’ll put you and ankamela on the first team with me and send the cards further down the list. I will wait a while as the whole reason that this is better than an app is the chatter. Let the sycophantic supplicants start stating their suggestions …
