Honestly it’s fun as hell, real life factors have been stressing me the last few days. A family surgery, quitting smoking, various small stresses. It’s been a tough week. I’m sorry again about lashing out today, I really didn’t mean anything by it. I hope to be able to play again, this time knowing wtf I’m actually doing. I really should have sat this round out and read the entire thread before I jumped into it.

I’m having fun too. I’m glad you guys are, and I hope nobody is taking things too seriously. I can’t say I haven’t been frustrated at times but whatever, it comes with the territory in a game where nearly half the participants are dirty stinkin liars.

You’re doing fine.

And you’re also right: there’s a learning curve to this game beyond the actual rules. In the first game I played (I was a spy) I nearly voted NO in public on a team and YES in pm. Yeah, that wouldn’t have looked suspicious or anything…seriously, there are strategies on top of strategies that really can be brain-hurting.

As an impartial observer: it has been fun to watch the progression. Having played Resistance face to face I already knew about some of the scheming, plotting, strategies, and such that you guys have learned as you went. Things like ‘under what situations should I vote no for a team’ or ‘why would a spy ever vote yes to a mission success’. It has been fascinating.

That said you all have my head spinning! I almost need to be drinking to make sense of what all the accusations are ;)

Might want to bold your team selection if this current team does fail the vote. Just to make it all official and so we don’t stall out over the weekend again. In which I will name suspects based on their inactivitiy once more.
