Good grief. They’ve made an enemy for life. If I were him, I’d avoid windows.

It is indeed a little strange how he didn’t have any accidents during combat training.

The problem is Apple has stopped doing business in Russia!

I’m kinda rooting for him to be embedded into a Ukranian bullet…but hey…that’s just mean of me…

If the Russians were giving their recruits any significant training, I’m sure they’d have found a window or three for this gentleman. What a weird story.

Did someone summon me?

:)

In all seriousness though, what is the feeling of the recent attacks on Russian soil. I would have assumed there would be immediate Russian backlash with strong language about using tactical nukes?

Or is it that Putin is still soiled at the bottom of the stairs and not yet ready to get in front of a camera?

If you’re talking about the official response then it was a successful AA against the mass attack of drones. Sadly some debris fell on the military base, killed 2 people and slightly damaged the planes.

I’m serious, that’s the official Russian MO report.

Russian unofficial patriots though shout about how this gives Russia an internationally recognized right to nuke Lviv.

So, it is deny, deny, deny then.

Well it’s consistent, if nothing else. All those strikes on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure are actually debris from Ukrainian AA preventing Russian hits on legitimate military targets.

Posted this in another thread, but looks like Orban has derailed (for the time being) the EU aid package to Ukraine.

I don’t think they ever created a mechanism for expelling a member.

In other news, this account maintaining consistent quality for months:

Maybe the EU shouldn’t be letting Hungary have any say in this.

Hungary is the Joe Manchin of Europe!

There’s a mechanism for stripping a country of vote, afaik (but don’t quote me on it, I might be wrong), but it does need unanimity from all the other countries (and a protracted legal procedure).

More on the Iranian “drones” Russia has been using, from the WaPo:

Ukrainian sources are also claiming that the drone can not operate below the freezing mark as some materials in it will not work properly - so they are literally on ice until the Spring.

New Ukrainian mobile AAA guns being built - probably for anti/drone defense.

Hey, I was right.

Basically some ZSU’s on a pick up.

That seems like a really good, cheap idea, even if it does smack of a higher class of ‘technical’.
