Try a complaint with FTC. I haven’t had to use one of these bureaucracies in awhile but back when I did, the primary purpose of the approach is it usually gets you in contact with a different department than level 1 CSRs that tell you off. It can drive a response from them.

I’ve used the FCC more recently with my wireless company. It took awhile but I got a response from a different group.
