Second day

I think this is the only event for Sunday

Per Aspera looks intriguing

The Great Cilinder, No Straight Roads and Gori have all in common one thing: A WTF factor!

Yeah it looks really good, wishlisted!

Haven looks cute!

(from the intermission screen when they take some loot for their base)

They need to run in sync or he’s going to clip her heel.

Escapist is having a section with longer previeew/dev interviews

First game is Iron Harvest. Others are ‘megaman clone’, West of Dead, System Shock, The Eternal Cilinder, etc

I played this for the IGF. Obviously too early to know how good it will be eventually but I enjoyed it and it has really pretty map porn.

So, Paradox games have been sort of a mixed bag for me, but I am genuinely excited for almost everything they’ve shown off here. CK3, Empire of Sin, and most especially Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 are all must-haves.

Really a lot of good stuff on the horizon, just in general.

IGN day 4

Vigor on the Switch was … fine, whatever, but I swear it was two ads for it right in a row?

Ninjala looks terrible so far.

WTF crabs with weapons also looks dumb. Also, it looks like Vigor but with crabs or Ninjala but with weapons. Maybe I just hate games right now.

I was wondering if Bohemia was going to present something, like Arma 4, I guess this year will focus on Vigor and will leave Arma 4 for 2021.

So after EA Play today, are we done with this weird slow dribble of news that’s supposed to be a substitute for E3? I haven’t watched any videos in this thread, but if someone spots any good articles summarizing all the announcements, please share.

An that doesn’t include a MS showcase of game somewhere in July

Wow the EA stream was terrible. Two indie games, SW Squadron and… that’s it. Nothing about rumored remasters like Dead Space or Mass Effect, nothing about Anthem revival (lol), no new NFS, Battlefield, etc. Just 10 seconds tease of the next Dragon Age.
