There is a lot of misunderstanding of what all this is about even though, even in this thread, we’ve discussed specifically what Stardock acquired: The Star Control trademarks. That was the primary purpose. I read their latest post, which, should be noted, they’ve not sent to us, and forwarded on to legal. We appreciate that they recognize our trademark rights.
