That’s awesome.

That is really funny. Says a lot about both games as well.

Sorry for the dumb question, but how far am I through the expansion if I just finished the part with Vlod?

I must finish this before Sunday!

Vlod was the brother, right? You still have 2/3 of the expansion to finish.

If I may ask… why?

Heading out of town, then Bloodborne DLC. I just want to be at a stopping point.

BTW, I had another crash and the audio mix is strange: occasionally missing voices, missing music, and poor volume levels at times. I guess I could try reinstalling but it’s playable.

Can’t be anywhere near that much. I think it’s either 1/2 or 1/4 remaining, depending on whether Tim has already done the auction house or not. (That and the quest with Vlod can be done in either order, right?).

Yeah, I forgot you could choose the order of the quests, I did that first, so for me I had two more quests as long and the epilogue.

Yeah it’s a rule of threes structure (plus intro and maybe an outro) so I figured I have 2 of the 3 left. Just making sure.

I don’t plan to do much side questing unless I have time.

Enjoyed the DLC story. CDPR needs to just make interactive fiction. The combat only gets in the way!

major DLC spoilers
Great characters again.

Wha… wha what now? That second option appeared and I had to think about it for a good 60 seconds.

I was definitely confused for a bit about the story until Dandelion spelled it out for me in the glossary. I thought I was missing something about the other woman who was promised to the Ofieri, and it turned out I wasn’t. I don’t think they would’ve lost anything from a more direct reveal.
I love when this game turns to the surreal. They’ve created a truly remarkable universe.

Rather than removing combat entirely, they could just replace the combat system with something… better: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/953/?

Possibly my favourite thing is this game is the way all the Succubi are Welsh.

Blood & Wine

I have high hopes for this.

I still didn’t get very far in my second play through when the last DLC came out, but at least I have a level 8 or 9 character to return to, instead of a level 1 guy (the game I won with was bugged all to shit from using a specific type of potion over and over (I can’t remember what it was called - it was what you were supposed to use against golems or something, I think it inhibited magic?) and so my stats mutated to ridiculous proportions. Super dumb. I didn’t want to play the expansion with that buggy mess, so I started over, but level 20 is a looong ways away (I think level 20 or so was the recommended level for the new content).

The first expansion is for level 30, I wouldn’t be surprised if the second it’s the same or even a little bit higher.

Bad news. Level 30 is the recommended start for Hearts of Stone.

You may to want to rush the main quest Scott, as it’s what gives more xp by far.
