Ok so I finally started watching season 3 of 24 and one resounding theme that this season shares with the previous 2 seasons is the fact that nearly every single woman character is fucking retarded. I really dont know why I watch 24 because every time one of the women characters comes on screen I say to my self " I wish Jack would show up and kick them right in the overaies".
Seriously why do they write all the women characters like they do? Even in season one the most hard core woman character was fucking retarded and don’t get me started on his wife! I assume that they don’t get any better in seasons 4 or 5 either.
So what is the deal with the way they decided to write nearly every single woman character in the show? Did they feel the need to be polar opposites of the male characters or what? Also Elisha Cuthbert looks realy ugly this season ( even though I didn’t think she was all that hot to start with ) and is just as annoying as the previous 2 seasons.
I really dont know why I watch 24 they have some great ideas but for the most part the characters they write just piss the good ideas away.

You must be high dude Mary Lynn Rajskub kicks no ass in this season what so ever. Episode 4 is a perfect example she is walking around telling people that they should be sensitive to Michelle Dessler because her husband just got shot she says something like " We should be sensitive to her becuase Tony just got shot he got shot in the neck! " Wtf…
Because girls will watch shows with male main characters but boys won’t watch shows with female main characters unless they are half-nude or act like boys and fuck girlymen.
Thats not true! We have people on this very board that watch gilmore girls!
I think the main problem I have is that the female characters are just not very strong. They are all written very weak and some what timid and it seems like the male characters are always having to try and prop them up.
Chloe, and the actress who plays her, are terrible as a combined effort. Chloe because she’s written as if she’s midly autistic and Rajskub because she always seems to be a) smirking and b) constipated.
Chloe is so terrible, she alone has caused people I know to stop watching 24.
I grit my teeth and bear it every time she’s on screen, knowing that the odds of her being killed by a mole inside CTU are at least 50/50. Because that’s how it goes. CTU HQ = Deathtrap, and Chloe spends most of her time there. So it’s just a matter of time.
