Not that I have Titanfall, but it seems like a per game thread makes the most sense. If you do a thread for all games or even a few by platform, people are going to have to guess whether you’ve picked the game they’re interested in and will be less inclined to click on it.
It just seems that those threads could flood the forum, with a thread for “Hey, who wants to play Diablo?” “Anyone up for a round of Titanfall?” but maybe I’m making a bigger deal of it than it would turn out to be. Probably would work well if this had its own subforum, but Tom probably isn’t going to go for that.

Sorry, can’t access that link on my phone. What is it?
wow, didn’t even know that existed. Still, I’d rather it be more… public than slightly hidden.
I figure a different thread will just work fine. There’s a bit of shared interest and games out there, and if we can’t find one game, we can find another. More quick pick-up sessions we can probably do within XBL rather than here if someone is worried about spam.

Hey, I didn’t know that existed either. I just joined “My girl likes to party all the time” and now I can’t get that damn Eddie Murphy song out of my head.
I bet Tom doesn’t even know that Groups exists.
…and who knew that fucking Party All the Time could so easily be pulled out of the depths of my brain to the forefront.

You can set up groups on the forum, which act like little private boards, specifically for stuff like setting up matches and so on. The only time they were ever really used was when a bunch of female members wanted a spot to talk about private stuff; pillow-fights, Bieber, and makeup tips I expect (so much hate being beamed at me right now) but everybody should have the ability to create a group. Tom knows it exists, because he allowed that group.
May not interest anyone but me, but looks like The Talos Principle is in fact coming to Xbone.
So is Blood Bowl 2, apparently…

HOLY CRAP, they’re looking into original Xbox backward compatability. Yeah, I know, this is not a commitment, but I would love to be able to play all my old Xbox games on one console. I held onto my old Phantom Dust, MechWarrior and Voodoo Vince disks just thinking I’d get a used console one of these days. This would be even better.
Wow. That would indeed be fantastic.
So, Jet Set Radio Future and… Soul Calibur with Spawn? Spawn had leg pouches and frustum foot, and a bad 'tude. Totally rad character.
Looks like Don’t Starve is going to hit next week (along with a bunch of other games) and the pre-order is 20% off at the moment. While it includes Reign of Giants, doesn’t have the Don’t Starve Together multiplayer stuff. Hopefully later, maybe depending on how it sells… while I own it on PC and loathe paying for the same game twice, super-tempted…

That should be the easiest of all. Xbox and Xbox One are both x86 architectures.

360 was the weird detour into PowerPC land, but the Xbox and Xbox One are very much standard Windows hardware platforms.
It would seem that way. But I would think that adding original Xbox back compat is such a very low ROI effort that it hardly seems worth it, though I would absolutely love to see it. Guess they’re thinking having all generations games playable on the Bone is a good bullet point for marketing.
Oh man, I’d love to play through Jet Set Radio Future again. Such a sublime experience.
