He’s making a cyber-difference. Yahtzee “sold out,” you see, and he’s the uppity former fan who was there before it got popular, and now it sucks because other people besides him like his special little thing. Oh and because of the RADICAL CHANGE it underwent by changing 15 seconds in the opening and closing.

I completely understand Rob’s reaction. And I hope Rob is aware of how strikingly immature and childish it is.

Don’t over exaggerated. This isn’t some big brother future where consumption is standardized and required. The Escapist changed its product for the worst. How is this any different than the Clone Wars thread? Most of the people there aren’t going to see it because how crappy Lucas has made Star Wars.

sigh I really didn’t want to talk about the music, just wanted to guess and poke fun at another review that over praises Braid.

Podunk, first please don’t take it personal. Just because I really don’t like the music doesn’t mean I find fault with you or your talent.

As for Yahtzee, I don’t care if he wrote it himself. If my favorite artists ever got together and worte it I still wouldn’t like it.

He does praise it, but doesn’t overpraise it, though. He has a bunch of criticisms, which you’d see if you’d actually watch it, but you don’t want to, which is what frustrates people because it makes it seem like you just want to stubbornly stick with this mental mockup of what you think his review is like.

Forget making it sound like Dancing Queen. Just use the actual song, and lay down a couple of vocals over the top. Then you’re not plagiarizing, you’re “sampling.”
