Wow, that was so good. To answer my own question, no real spoilers for those still in the middle of the game.

That was the most I’ve laughed at a Zero punctuation video, ever. I do believe that’s the funniest one he’s ever done, just personally speaking, of course.

Nah, he hasn’t even come anywhere near finishing DA yet. It doesn’t really spoil anything early on, either, other than in the vaguest “hey there are multiple stories” sense.

I thought it was pretty bland too. But, to be fair, anything would have seemed bland after last week’s review, which was the funniest one he’s ever done.

Sonic 3’s levels aren’t as tightly designed, and the bonus stages are even worse than the ones in Sonic 2. Overall Sonic 2 is better, but with Sonic & Knuckles Sonic 3 is the clear winner.

I would disagree on all counts except, of course, of the superiority of Sonic3K over everything

Sonic 3’s levels were vastly less linear and that’s a good thing - “tightly designed” is not a good thing, Sonic 1 was also non-linear and multi-tiered.
Sonic 3’s 3D bonus stages were decent, and the pinball and globe hopping stages were at least short and easy. But NO sonic game has ever had bonus stages worse than Sonic 2’s impossibly difficult, low-framerate, buggy, half-tube bullshit. Worst bonus stage EVER.
In every aspect I can imagine Sonic 3 is the best of the series, certainly better than Sonic 2. I can debate this to the end of time, but that would derail the thread.
