Yeah, the white really gives the box a cheap look and the “Vengeance” font looks like something a kid would carve into his desk while sitting through a boring science class. Disappointing.

Considering so many games have dark overly active covers, this looks like something that will stand out on the shelf.

Kids never seemed drawn to the first two Tribe games. Ofcourse it might of been just the servers I play on.
I think it’s a myth that teenagers are the target for PC games. Tribes has a pretty mature, if extremely angry and entitled crowd.

Look. I doubt anyone here is going to dispute that for the most part Qt3 is filled with 30 somethings that play computer games. But that’s not the major market for FPS games IMO. Adam at Sierra will hopefully correct me if I’m wrong but I’ll bet they’re expecting a lot of teens to early 20 somethings to buy this game and that box ain’t going to jump out at them and say “THAT GAME LOOKS FACKING COOL, DUDE!”
