That’s insane. Apparently past administrations had MAYBE one case like that. Trump had 25.
And it was outside of the norm to the degree that guys like John Kelly specifically wrote a memo about it to put on file. John Kelly, Trump’s chief of staff, specifically wrote memos for the file saying “this is messed up.”
