I think we still need to see the report before we can make serious judgements about this stuff.
But someone asked a similar question, about why Barr, a guy who was a Reagan/Bush Republican, would suddenly abandon his principles to defend some piece of trash like Trump… and others said something like, “This is the last time the circus is gonna be in town for these guys, so they went full clownshoes.”
It may be the case, but I still want to see more information before passing full judgements.
Isn’t he the guy who gave HW Bush the green light to pardon the Republican crooks who perpetrated Iran-Contra? I mean, their question seems silly to anyone who knows Barr’s history.
