No, this is specifically a speculative scenario of having a foreign kill squad mixed in with the insurrectionists. Yes, this is something I hope the security folks, NSA, etc. are considering. There’s no reason that Russia and China wouldn’t put agents among the crowd just in case they got into the Capitol building. It’d be a surveillance bonanza if they were able to install something on any PC or laptop in that building.
