May? If their faces are identifiable from pictures and video, and they breached the Capitol, they should be charged with more than trespassing and it should be a felony.
I read that is the number could be in the hundreds, not that there was a chance no charges would be filed.
I also think the fbi and whatever other lea’s should slow-walk the investigation to the extent that they can until the new guard takes over and can pursue with no roadblocks that this admin might be implementing (or worse)
Why would the Army secretary do this? Does he mean against servicemen?

Hundreds seems like a low number. I realize there were not as many people who entered the building as there were in the lawn but some of the assault was outside.

Is there a list of cosponsors? I can’t find one yet
Related: after the White House was burned during the war of 1812, one burned patch was left around back. Obama showed during an interview that it had never been painted over, as a reminder to all of the presidents since.
With the Pentagon just around the corner, there are probably tens of thousands of servicemen stationed in DC. 25 cases seems like a low number to me.

I’m pretty sure they have the votes. Not all of them will be co-sponsors.

Richard Barnett, who put his feet on Pelosi’s desk, faces a maximum of one year in prison according to the DoJ. And unlike these two, he was also charged with theft of public property.

This is good. Really, we shouldn’t be angry at private companies “silencing” these coup plotters, we should be angry that they are doing more about it than our elected officials.
He’d also be a convicted felon, and he’s probably lose his right to vote?

Not in Florida, assuming he’s paid all his fines. I have a feeling he’d be more successful at finding out what they are compared to your average felon though.

What “shit” do you want them to do right now? What, specifically, will that accomplish? How will it destroy the propaganda machine?
