Based on the “friend’s” tweets, I’d say he was fired for being an asshole.

Do we need a new thread for Impeachment II: Electric Boogaloo rather than here?
I’m pretty sure Paul/Muad’Dib ruled for six thousand years, so Trump has some catching up to do!
Republicans should decide between there isn’t enough time to impeach Trump and what’s the rush, it’s unseemly as arguments to oppose.

I was kind of hoping they’d go with “we should let the voters decide” again.
Not sure if true, but it made me laugh.
That was Leto II. Though he did have to become a literal worm to do so, which would perhaps befit Trump quite well.

If you follow through on this, best of luck and maybe the QT3 PAC can help you out.

To be fair, his rule was a self-sacrifice needed to avoid the apocalypse(one that Paul was not willing to make) rather than good old hunger for power. Vladimir Harkonnen is a more Trump-like character.
The writers really are getting lazy aren’t they?
Typo, it’s 34 seconds, not 54.

I’m not sure if it’s true either, but it’s also not the first place I’ve seen that this is the case.
Did we post this version of Layla yet, because it’s utterly amazing
It’s worth pointing out that staffers giving people - constituents, guests, etc. - private tours of the Capitol is not in and of itself unusual.* So “some of the rioters toured the Capitol before the riot” is not necessarily a sign of some massive conspiracy to assist the rioters, just a sign that some of the rioters knew somebody who knew somebody who knew somebody who could arrange one of those tours.
Now, if it turns out that some staffer was taking soon-to-be rioters on a tour and directing them to the Parliamentarian’s office … that would be unusual. It’s not usually considered a tourist highlight.
*Or at least wasn’t back in the day when I worked in D.C.
Yup. Getting a tour of the building that goes above the one tourists get isn’t particularly noteworthy. In fact I’d be shocked if people like those MAGA state reps that attended the riot hadn’t been through the building before.
To be fair, it would require extensive scrubbing of my internet presence. Not sure I need the topic of grave-shitting to come up in any sort of campaign.
But god damn i’m just mad
So are these White Power folks, or just those harmless three-percenters?
