I am curious what the nature of this “potential threat” to Congress is that shut it all down. Is it just that Whitey McMilitia has organized a protest march alongside QAnon, or is there a deeper threat? If it’s just the whole “March 4th Trump Will Rise Again!” bullshit then they should stay in session and simply pack the streets with heavily armed cops, federal officers and National Guardsmen like they would if there was a rumor that more than a dozen people of color were planning to protest.
