It’s Freedom Rally with a Trump caravan and protestors involving rocks, pain and mace. There is no mention that anyone was actually involved with the Capitol building.

This is just… parts of Oregon right now.

Yes, this is correct, I fucked up and you caught me red handed. I shall never live the shame down, etc. etc.

I am not telling you do anything differently. It just doesn’t have anything to do with the Capitol Siege which is of interest to some more than others.

Yes, you have nailed on the head once more - I did indeed post this in the wrong thread, I suck and it’s good of you to call me on and shine on a light on my mistake, or else how shall I ever learn. There will be no more replies on the matter from me.

Tough crowd.

A weirdly passive aggressive post. @Nesrie wasn’t trying to bust your balls.

You must be a fun colleague.

You’ve lashed out a bit like this a couple times recently and it seems a little out of character. Sincerely, you doing okay, man? Hope all is well. I don’t think Nesrie was getting on your case, she was just clarifying since it’s the Capitol thread.

My apologies @Nesrie , re-reading your replies this morning I believe I misunderstood your intent.

Apology accepted. It’s okay. Misunderstandings happen.

“She’s a troublemaker,” he said. “If people like her would stop talking about racism, there wouldn’t be any racism.”

So small town has officers who gave photographic support for BLM, wind up going to the capitol. The town has a divide, and of course more than a few think the election was stolen and the divide is actually caused by black people and young people and social media, not actual racism.

Joe Stanley, a White local activist who secured the photo of Robertson and Fracker that Craighead ultimately posted, said the reason people are bucking Craighead’s and Blue’s efforts is the same today as it was generations ago, when Macarthur McGhee said he and his Black classmates let insults pass in the hope that racial strife would subside.

To explain, he sings lines from a song, “Mississippi Goddam,” by the singer and civil rights activist Nina Simone: “All I want is equality/ For my sister my brother my people and me … I don’t trust you any more/ You keep on saying, ‘Go slow!’”

“They tell you, it will happen in all due time,” he said. “If it’s meant to happen, it will happen. Don’t rush. Don’t stir things up. They try to encourage you to not make waves, to not try to achieve the change.”

Racists really hate being called racist.

Non-racists aren’t fans either, to be fair, but odds are they’ll ask why you’d say that or ignore it.
Racists generally know why you said it and are angry that you’d call them out on it.

I hate anyone who says this and want to punch everyone who does in the mouth. It’s such a common refrain from the right.

I guess they say the same thing about Coronavirus too.

“I wondered when y’all were going to show up. Guess you’ve seen the videos on my Facebook page,”

Agents said he also showed them video on his mobile phone that he had taken inside the Capitol.
Images of Alford in the Capitol from surveillance video and from Alford’s own YouTube channel also were included in the affidavit. Agents said Alford provided them with photos and videos he had taken on his phone.

After his initial court appearance Monday, Alford was released on $5,500 bond.

They’re so entitled and field shielded and protected by a system designed for them that they don’t lawyer up and just hand over evidence.

Definitely reminds me of this (the video starts off with a clip of a different video, so you need to watch a bit to see the thing)

Her expression is fun.

Fucking hell.
