Laddie. Didja notice the color of the man’s skin? Just saying.

Lack of critical thought, and the human propensity to be swayed by narratives that feel good, verse researching facts and evidence. This is a non GOP problem only, its a human condition, that most of the people here do a good job of avoiding.

Hillary was the wrong candidate. I know she had the creds, but she turned off a lot of Americans.

Or, just a few in certain states.
Sadly.

Creds don’t count in the USA when you have a 20 year hit job against your image. Not fair, but that’s what it was. She was imminently qualified but it’s a popularity contest, not a scientific endeavor.

I really hope we can finally talk about Hillary Clinton’s strengths and weaknesses in the 2016 Presidential Election. It’s a topic we’ve never had the guts to discuss!

/biggest_eyeroll_ever

Why point that at me? I’m right. Are you saying she didn’t have the creds? That there wasn’t a hit job against her? That it’s not a popularity contest?

I absolutely refuse to even engage on any of those questions, because this thread has nothing to do with them and we’ve already litigated these issues dozens and dozens of times. It seems like every six months or so someone throws a two sentence response into a random thread that has to do with Clinton and we end up with 50 or more posts saying all the things we’ve all said before.

Seems like more of a religious thing then, enjoy.

I try to keep my threadcopping under control, but when it comes to the topic of why Clinton lost in 2016 I can’t stop myself. We’ve been there and done that many times.

And we were mostly done until you attacked. Just don’t attack. We all are in agreement as far as I can tell.

When people elect an incompetent fascist over a qualified woman, it becomes a topic of conversation.

But not particularly about the qualified women, it’s much more so about the people who voted, and that’s a subject I will immediately concede has been hashed out ad nauseum.

I just hope we don’t have another election cycle with Trump, if for no other reason than to save @Dave_Perkins’ huevos.

I also punch them whenever someone brings up that Hillary is why Trump won.

In that case, how is it that you have any huevos left then? Are they armored like Ben Grimm?

Swayed by feel good narratives. Reconfirms a lot about America.

Very true. I vaguely remember in the dark days of the 90’s that right wing talk radio talk shows used to hit the Clintons hard. I remember an older guy I work with say that he’d heard how Bill was a coke addict and his medical records were mysteriously destroyed to cover this ‘fact’.

Same people who voted for the cocaine family with their cocaine circle I’m sure.

As Einstein proved, if the awfulness of Clintons is a constant, then other variables warp and distort around it.
