Picked up a wired controller yesterday, really like the feel of it. Of course my dreams of playing Thief 3 on the PC with my controller of choice went out the window when I discovered having a gamepad plugged in while configuring the controls crashes the game. Also, never got the right thumbstick to work, the camera would only move on one axis in an uncontrollable spin. Shame, if only Thief 3 could have gotten one more, sizable, patch.
As for the controller, really like the feel of it, even with the shoulder buttons. I noticed that the triggers control the Z axis though. Wouldn’t that make it tough to program them like buttons?
