Kind of the opposite. People will be able to trade it (provided, at first, that an insider wants to sell), but there will be no initial price set by the IPO. So price discovery for the first few trades will be interesting to say the least.

No idea, but the marketing is pretty snazzy, but I think they need to dramatically re-think the printed news revenue model. A pyramid blockchain microtransaction reading/sharing system could be the future, and the Zuck’s interest in blockchain for facebook could be the instigator. Plus, I’d love to get away from advertising-supported media, without ending up with paywalls everywhere.
