Yeah, I’ve enjoyed what I’ve played so far, although I find it a bit cutscene-heavy. Also the UI leaves a bit to be desired-- just quitting the game is pretty unintuitive* (as I’ve detailed for the benefit of future players in the game’s dedicated thread), and I find the lack of an auto-save function baffling in a game published just a couple of years ago.

*BTW, how is such a common word as this not recognized by Discourse?

I actually installed and played the original instead of this, and thought it was rather archaic before realizing my error. But I’ll play the enhanced version for real this weekend.

I started playing this recently, and although I’m not a big fan of zombie games, at least this has something more than just killing mindless AIs (zombie games literally gets you off the hook with implementing the most stupid AI ever).

Likely to be Steel Division 2 since they’re actually running the beta over the weekend this time.

Probably Sekiro, but likely something else. I might install Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, since I’ve never played it. And if anyone would want to join me, please let me know! ;)

You know, I’ve never played the Castle crawl of Borderlands 2. I should give that a shot.

I’m playing the D&D DLC currently and it’s great.

The Tiny Tina DLC? Yeah, that one put such a nice bow on BL2 that it pretty much ruined the whole BL experience for me. I don’t think DLCs get much better than that one.

Yup, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep. It’s quite fascinating, really. :)

More Grim Dawn: Forgotten Gods.
More DiRT Rally 2.0.
More Diablo.
More Hellblade.
More Crackdown 3.
More Dead Cells.
More Living Failures deaths in Bloodborne.

Besides a bunch of one-off games for Space Game Junkie, I just don’t know. I feel a bit aimless of late.

Definitely some of this (I am super digging it and getting better at its stealthiness):

Probably a little for the slaughter:

Likely some more of this:

Not sure what else, depending on how much time I have. Busy weekend ahead, sadly.

A bit of the new Dragon’s Quest on PS4 if I can find the time! I’m also curious about Seven: Enhanced Edition (also just released for PS4) … seems very up my alley, and totally insane.

Haven’t had time to game much, but will definitely die another few dozen deaths trying to clear one of the dungeons in Shiren The Wanderer on Vita.

Operencia: The stolen sun for me (on Xbox game pass).

I’m enjoying the exploration, old school feel of finding the secret passage entrance by bumping into a wall and turn based combat quite a bit early in the game. I want to see more. Let’s hope it remains that enjoyable.

Battle Brothers for me. Up to day 102, in the midst of a noble house war.

Narviklosjen - a Demon Hunters-adjacent RPG. Powered by Fate (I think).

Probably some AoE2, Grim Dawn, Empire Earth 2 and Ashes of the Singularity.

I’ll be playing that this weekend, too. Returning to Borderlands 2. Wrapped up the Pirate DLC this week that I had left unfinished and moving on to the Tiny Tina DLC. I also did one of the Headhunter DLC maps this morning before work. Killed so many snowmen.

I’m also on my last (bonus) case in Darkside Detective. That’s an adventure game gem, happy to see the sequel is in development.

Might & Magic X. Fresh start. My last save game dates back to 2017 and, well, I can’t remember stuff except my party being very weak. This time I’ve read a guide and I must say I probably wouldn’t have figured out this stuff before it was too late…again. It still looks nice… in it’s own way.

Maybe I’ll buy and start Pathfinder: Kingmaker… it’s tempting because I’m in the mood for it.

I’m going to play Waiting for Anno 1800 but probably some Slay the Spire, too.

Yeah, I’m binging on that!
