I picked up Railroad Corporation, and I’ve played one and a half campaign missions. I like it a lot so far. It feels pretty clean, and I like the way it focuses on building supply networks.

LOTRO. It’s like slipping on a comfortable old pair of socks. I usually run hunter, because I am low effort in MMOs, running champ now because I’m low effort in MMOs.

Borderlands 3 for my Skinnerbox needs.

Rick and Morty in the background.

This. I reinstalled this weekend after several years away, battled through some technical issues, and now am finally back up and running. Playing my hunter in Moria.

I have like 45K points to spend on shit but have no idea if there’s anything that would be helpful.

How about a wild Magikarp instead?

Is it shiny?

EA decided to put me on the basic tier of their Access thing. In their email they pretended that I requested it.

Long story short, that gives 10% off the new Star Wars game thingy so I guess I’ll be playing that. :)

Still plowing through, and greatly enjoying:

For me it’ll be more:

  • Lord of the Rings Online
  • Strike Fighters 2
  • Warhammer 40k Inquisitor Martyr
  • Destiny 2

Plus some

  • Ghostbusters the Video Game

Which I just got on sale on the Epic Game Store and is really fun so far!

I might try it, since I have if with game pass.

We played a game of Settler’s of Catan yesterday. And it was a little more cut-throat than last time. (@Brooski, not Marianne Williamson’s Settlers of Catan).

I hope we get to play more games of Catan over the weekend. Plus one of my nieces brought along a Vampire card game that she wants us to try, so I’ll probably play that as well.

Age of Wonders: Planetfall (Xbox)
Game of the Year Edition

I might own this on PC, but I’ve been spending countless hours playing the Xbox One version via Gamepass. I’m gonna end up double-dipping on this when my GP subscription runs out. This is the perfect console game for me.

I’ll be continuing my turn-based Pillars of Eternity: Deadfire playthrough. Really enjoying it so far.

Sporadically playing Glass Masquerade 2 and Jurassic Park Evolution

Possibly hitting LOTRO (though it hasn’t really sunk its claws into me).

Tomorrow night is boardgame night. Not sure what we’ll play. But I recall we purchased a game in September when we went to the beach and we never played it. So if a group of 6 can tackle it, I will push for that one. Now all I gotta do is find it!

Hoping to play on the Valve Index that came in, but my wife and son are hogging it and I can’t get some peace to geek out on my own…

Who’s the toon to call out for to get Qt3 Kin invites? Or is anyone left on Arkenstone?

I expect to play lots of No Man’s Sky, and probably Finding Paradise and Disco Elysium, if all goes well.

Let’s see… yesterday I played a good bit of Bomber Crew, and today I decided to fire up Hitman 2 and start the tutorial missions from the first game since I’m new to the franchise. I’ll probably continue with one of those tomorrow, or play one of the AC:O games.

Great lashings of Outer Worlds. With a soupcon of Noita.

Mostly Druidstone and AI: The Somnium Files for me.

For some reason I’m having a hard time committing into Outer Worlds - I’ve the past few sessions playing in 15-20min bursts of talking to random NPCs to make progress some side quests and not much else.

I’ve been playing lots of Star Traders Frontiers and a little AI War 2. I’ve got a nice 19-year run going in STF, as a Merchant, on Impossible Difficulty. I’ve got $1.5m but am still in my starting Juror ship.

I’m curious why so many people are playing LOTRO again. Has there been a cool new update or something? I haven’t played in a couple years, but I could be tempted to dust it off, as I have a lifetime account thing. Is there a Qt3 guild?

They have a 64 bit client now, which helps a lot, plus they just released another expansion. I got back in because a ton of folks on my Discord are playing Star Trek Online, and after playing it myself, I just kept thinking, “I’d rather be playing LOTRO.”
