Planetfall.
One does not complete this game, ever.
I am very tempted to get back in D:OS 2 though.
Not sure who I would play as though, maybe the Undead guy.

We’re nearing lockdown conditions. I’m getting my plane on.
I’ve been finishing up Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, considering what to play next, and also playing “convert course content to an online format” which is not a game I wanted to play at all.

So, for a lot of people, this thread will probably be an all week thing - it is for me at least.
anyways - Currently playing a few games with a LOT of hours in them
Enderal - A Skyrim Total conversion, which actually features a very, very good story, besides a massive world to explore - Much recommended!
Conan Exiles - I bought a server for three months just to chill in. There is nothing as relaxing as mining, cutting down trees, and building your massive house - prefeably near water, so you can build a small harbor and a swimming pool.
Fantasy General: I just bought this, and want to try it out.
Stellaris - In a few days, the next massive dlc and patch drops, and this will be time when I get to finish a game! or, at least try to become a mighty empire!
Daily training - The GF and I have instituted a daily schedule with training every morning of various kind (Tomorrow is yoga!) so as to not become bonkers with lack of body movement.
Dungeons & Dragons - A game with my kids and my GF. Should be a fun way to pass time!
Thats probably my next week or so.
I spent a few fun hours in Borderlands 3 yesterday… until I realized I was about to puke from motion sickness.
Bleh. Have to remind myself to stick to strategy titles this week.

All of the above plus this for Space Game Junkie:

Another busy weekend.

After bouncing off a couple of grand strategy and 4x games this week, I feel like something a little more low-key. I’m thinking Anno 1404. Might also play a bit more Thea 2 after reading some more of Nesrie’s write-ups of it.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons!
I’ve also been back into playing a bit of Horizon: Zero Dawn on the PS4, though at this stage I might be better waiting for the PC version later in the year.

I’ll be playing one game a lot of us do (PoE) and one which isn’t popular here (Panzer Corps 2).
Regalia - Of Men and Monarchs
Not really sure what it is (there’s satisfying tactical combat and a light management layer, more like Ni No Kuni II than XCOM, plus a well done silly narrative and artwork obviously inspired by something… anime… I don’t know). It’s a game where I’m really looking forward to progress; upgrade characters, farm stuff and finally rebuild the abandoned kingdom I inherited.
DOOM
I bought an Xbox One S since we partially moved and everything that here was… was a LG 4k TV. Under those circumstances I learned that there is something about playing a shooter with a controller that I like a lot. And I was remembered how much I like this kind of shooter. Now that I have my PC back I also learned - just in time - I love my computer. DOOM looks so, so much better on my PC. And it matters. Not so sure about mouse and keyboard although it feels like coming home.
And maybe some…

I really dig Borderlands, but I have the same damn problems. Right around 30-40 minutes and I have to go lie down for awhile and wait for my head to stop spinning. Moves too fast, too many sharp turns.
This weekend is going to be finishing up Divinity: OS 2, playing some board games and probably some newly-modded Skyrim. Not much else to do!

Divinity: Original Sin 2 (Steam)
I’ve been a little depressed playing this game for the last couple days. I seem to be stuck in act 2 at the moment because I’m losing every available fight I can find, and I can’t seem to find a way to progress. I’m beating my head against the wall and believe I have completed every available quest I could manage up to this point. My guys are all level 12 and their gear and skills maxed out for their levels, but I think my issue is my overall party build/composition. I haven’t min/maxed as much as I probably should have, nor do I seem to have any killer combos set up. I’ve been dreading going to the cheater mirror and rebuilding my party because I hate cheesy shit like that, but if I can’t make any headway next time I play I might have to do that. That’s a quick way to make me lose interest in my party though, so let’s hope it doesn’t come to that.
Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate (Switch)
Having a lot of fun. My first MH game was MH:World on Xbox. In that game I used the huge, slow two-handed sword. In this game I’m using the dual demon blades, trying to switch things up. I’ve dumped a few dozen hours into the game but progress slow because I tend to farm and grind a lot in these games. Great game, and the monsters look better than I expected, given this entry’s origins.
DOOM Eternal (Xbox One)
The Earth setting sucks. I can’t wait to progress past this setting and go somewhere else. I have zero interest in post-apocalyptic Earth settings. If you’ve seen one junk pile you’ve seen them all.
But hey, I can see why they’d want to move the series on from Mars and onto other realms, even if I don’t like it.
A surpisingly deep rpg. Not without its problems, thought at virus +10 I am game.

I’m hoping ATOM is good. I bought it by accident (but on sale!) because I confused it with the game Encased, another OG Fallout-like. I will be starting it up when my playthrough of Divinity Original Sin 2 has completed.
Picked up the new expansion and exploring all the fascinating and (so far) seemingly positive changes in the ever-changing:

Playing some short multiplayer bursts of the often wonderful but occasionally maddening:

And when we get annoyed with 9P, kicking some Tyranid ass with my poor beleaguered Guardsmen in:

I’ll probably play some more Bomber Crew and Orcs Must Die 1 or 2. Those are some great games although I really wish Bomber Crew weren’t a roguelike by default. I subvert it by backing up the save game folder and restoring it in the event of catastrophe, because once you lose high-ranking crew or a well-upgraded bomber you’re not coming back from that–it becomes sadistically difficult.

I am playing Bloodborne and finding it pretty damn fast compared to Dark Souls games.
A busy weekend ahead! For Space Game Junkie:

For myself, more of this of course! I can’t stop playing it:

Plus some more of this, single player in the campaigns:

And even more flight training in this:

Will be a great weekend!

I bought all the Assassin’s Creed games in one huge bundle so I’m playing through the entirety of the Assassin’s Creed PC series (or as many as I can before I burn out anyway). I figure they should be pretty good COVID-19 fodder. Lots to do, fairly chilled, not particularly difficult.
I’m 3 assassinations into the first game. Good stuff.
