This weekend I think my wife and I will play some more Hero Realms (Star Realms with the SF filed off and replaced with fantasy and minor quality of life improvements). These games will be wedged in between rounds of Cleaning House, which is a necessary prep for Sunday’s 5e D&D session. I’m going to start running the 3e module Red Hand of Doom. In some ways I’ve been looking forward to this for years; in other ways I’m never ready…
And if time allows, more Torment, which continually mesmerizes me with its Vancian settings and Rothfussian characters, and Horizon Zero Dawn, because I love plundering the past to find a better future, and in that future there are more giant robots that died by my hand.
I plan to fuss over job choices all weekend in Final Fantasy XII Zodiac Age. :)
You should be dropping this commentary in the Kingdom Hearts threads, not wasting it here in the weekend thread where no one will ever find it after this week!
Man, Kingdom Hearts was so weird, and yet, when my friends and I warmed up to it, we really enjoyed the hell out of it. I can’t remember why we couldn’t get into Kingdom Hearts 2, but we tried. I think we played it for about 8 hours before losing interest. I had no idea that they improved the rail shooter portion. I’d completely forgotten about that part of Kingdom Hearts! I remember now that one of my friends spent hours in that game designing his perfect ship.
You know, I always liked the idea of adventuring with Disney characters but I couldn’t get past the fact that they were fighting with giant keys. Like, how does that even work? And who thought that was a good idea? That’s some straight up JRPG crap there, like ridiculous clothes and child or teen protagonists.

I’m taking Monday off work, so I’ll be all about murdering for the long weekend in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
Hell, this game has got me so hard I’m currently reading a fucking ArmA 3 tactical guide in order to improve.
Playing **Diablo 3 **with my 13 year old. We were levelling ridiculously fast and then I realized Blizzard is having a 200% bonus xp weekend so I guess we will be playing this most of the weekend and finally get through the game we’ve been playing on and off for months.
It’s a hell of a lot more entertaining than the snoozefest that was NWN1! And the Mask Of The Betrayer expansion was fantastic.

Just caved on Antihero about 20 minutes ago after resisting it for months. Still not entirely sure why, since that looks like it was a huge mistake to hold off. Oh well.
Hey thanks for the heads up! I just looked it up, it’s double experience on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
I’ve got a half day at work today, so for the blog I’ll be diving into:

If I have any time left I’ll play these for myself:

A busy but good weekend.
So I won’t just sit in the house all weekend, I’m going to start it by playing with my camera at Williams Grove Speedway tonight, provided the weather cooperates.
Once tomorrow comes, I’ll rip open Splatoon 2 and hum that damn music involuntarily for the next month…
More of this:

and probably try to get somewhere in Season 11 with my new Necromancer character as well.

But mostly this weekend @ShivaX is coming down to play some Magic The Gathering with my son and I after we open a new box of the latest set, Hour of Devastation.

Tina finally arrived yesterday. I think we’re going to go clothes shopping this Saturday followed by a nice dinner at Il Fornaio.

Space Tyrant, Solar Settlers, and continuing to test the latest build of Battlestar Galactica Deadlock
I am debating picking up TESO or Horizon Dawn for my PS4. Most likely, I will play either Shadow of Mordor or Mad Max on my PS4.

So my new computer showed up early and I have put aside NWN2 for Dark Souls 3. I will be playing DS3 until I finish it or until I die sitting in front of my computer.
Get Even.
Really curious about this one.
