I have to say I’m amazed that tech support even picked up on this.
Sure it’s obvious in retrospect but I can easily see how the Dragonage DLC tech support never managed to figure out what the problem was. You might even want to drop them a line telling them what the problem was. You might save somebody else similar frustration.
It’s like that time I found out Windows XP pre SP2 did not support harddrives above 160GB. Lot of good fun with lost data there and not knowing what the problem was. ;_;

Tech support is 50% problem solving ability and 50% experience. (if I can oversimplify)
His person probably had the NTFS - FAT32 problem in the past and was able to pull from that.
