BTW what had happened to your old site? Back when I was playing MMRPGs, your old site was often a very interesting read. Then it went downhill after you’ve left it and joined Mythic(?), IIRC. Is “Lum the Mad” currently dead, or was he ressurected in some new form somewhere?

Since I can’t properly quote, in post 2,464 you imply that Israeli’s have a right to defend themselves by deleting palestinian neighborhoods. You do this by replying in a sarcastic tone that Isreal has the right to defend themselves to lums post which is number 2,462. In lum’s post he questions Brett’s assertion (2,458) that Israeli would be in the right to pursue the deletion of Palestinian neighborhoods. He doesn’t mention at all the morality of Hezbollah. Yet that exchange is the basis for all your later arguments.
Which also puts you in the odd position of agreeing with Brett, unless do you agree that while Israel has the right to defend itself but that right doesn’t necessarily extend to attacking civilians? If you agree attacking civilians falls under it’s right to defend itself I’m forced to conclude you’re agreeing with Brett, which is a right wing position.

I don’t know what post you are referring to and I’m not reading the entirety of this crazy thread to find out. But I’m pretty familiar with Lum’s stance on Israel having debated the issue with him privately and publicly kind of a lot. Israel doesn’t need to make more settlements because defense. They need more settlements to be assholes. They’ve been made assholes by being spit on quite a bit but that doesn’t negate them being assholes right now.
Go back five years and its a different story. But right now they are actually being assholes.
