That’s what’s linked in my post.

Your post has some extra indicators for region.

Thanks. Was able to sign up via Dave’s link. I had checked the URL and saw that it had ‘en-us’ in it (and the main page before the signup box was in English), but I guess some of the other parameters were screwing it up.

Dying to see power usage of the 3080 vs 3070…

Weird. Fixed. It was in English for me.

So I wonder if they ship out 9/17 or preorders start 9/17?

3080 320W (750 system Rec)
3070 220W (650)

Wonder if we will be getting hands on reports

Since I’m building a new system, now I enter the next phase of my waiting game: AMD Zen3 details. I’m pretty comfortable with going with a 3080 at this point, unless there’s shocking new revelations in the benchmarks or anything like that.

Is that for both cards, or the 3080 only?

3090 is rumored at 350w, a bit higher.

Anyone want a used 2080 Ti? :)

Be sure to budget for your GPU mirror too.

Told you guys to sell last month!

And I did! I tease, but I do take some of your advice! :)

Yep and now you’ll end up with a 40% faster GPU and $500 in your pocket.

Edit:

Most games get a 60-80% gain over the RTX2080 (note: not 2080 Super).

Guess I will be keeping my RTX2080 for awhile , I want to see if a RTX3080ti appears next year. But don’t want to play Cyberpunk 2077 on my old GTX1080.

So speaking of getting a last-gen video card… what would be a fair price for me to pay my buddy for an ASUS ROG STRIX 2070 8G (not super, regular) that’s had normal use since it was purchased? I want to get a decent deal but I don’t want to lowball him on the price.

A lot less than it was yesterday.

I wouldn’t pay more than $300.

Yep $250 - $300 , thats what I am seeing on ebay.

So… when do we start getting AMD news?
Think they will be able to compete at the RTX3080 level?
