Lucked out and got the Asus Prime Z490-V motherboard and an MSI 3080. First guy to review it on Best Buy’s site got the horrible ASRock Phantom 4 motherboard with only 1 m.2 slot that throttles at load. I haven’t looked at the power supply yet, but I have a spare one in the garage, so looks like this is a keeper! If I’d gotten the ASRock I’d have returned it. It’s really dumb that CyberPowerPC doesn’t standardize model numbers to have specific equipment.

Plus it means I don’t have to deal with this whole stupid supply and demand cycle again when ZEN 3 ships. :)
