I appreciate it. I keep losing the Newegg lottery and the bots seem to be faster than ever so my push notifications aren’t able to beat them. It’s a frustrating as @#$% time to be building a PC, lol.
Yeah I totally understand, I’ve given up myself, will just wait till the fall, see what AMD/INTEL and NVIDIA reveal this summer.

I got a slickdeals alert for a 3080 system last night, $1,900. Maybe it’s time to buy.

Dell’s been running a bunch of Alienware deals with 3070s and 3080s. Unfortunately this is how I found out Dell’s gaming PCs are exclusively Intel and mostly 11th gen. I can wait for the mythical Ryzen+Nvidia combo to show up… somewhere. Eventually.

Intel is fine, no reason to wait on AMD for gaming.

Huh, no idea why I couldn’t find them but that’ll be worth keeping an eye on when they run coupons.
Yup. Friend got a sweet deal on a 5800(?) + 3070 for 1700+ a few days ago.
Hotstock was spamming me all night with notifications about 3060ti being sold at Walmart for a bargacious $1099. “Be quick!” they said…
LOL - had a chance to snag a 6700 XT at Microcenter if I waited in line this morning for a mere $800 or the BARGAIN (/s) 5700 XT for $600 … yeah, no. I need a graphics card, but c’mon (still tempted, of course, because I need a @#$% graphics card).

You can (and should) set maximum prices to avoid scalper notifications.
I found this graphics device for only $500!
Works with any PC!

MicroUSB though. USB-C or bust, yo.
The difference is that the prices at microcenter aren’t marked above regular retail, lol
lol - very true. Edit: I mean, the 5700 XT was $400 back when it came out in 2019, but you’re right it’s the new regular retail. At least the 1650s are only marked up to $200, which I believe is better than it was a few weeks back when I checked last.

NZXT has some 3060’s and 3070’s in stock. EVGA and PNY 3060s but only PNY 3070. Haven’t seen one of those in the wild for awhile though. You have to wrap a new PC around it but if your in the market check them out.

Is PNY still a brand to avoid? It is the only brand in stock locally. It is a slight red flag nobody wants to buy PNY, but hey it is in stock.
