Its sort of crazy seeing the number of new cards showing up for sale, was everything being shipped to Russia before?

Interesting question. It’s hard to tell if demand is down because global events have suppressed demand from cryptomining outfits, or if the supply crunch is easing and supply is starting to rebound. I could make a case either way in theory, but I have no idea how to get hard data to back up either.

Russia was #3 in cryptomining, so… maybe, combined with China outlawing it? Like Tortilla said it’s impossible to get the data to prove it.

It’s because I bought my daughter a computer in January. I 100% knew it would happen. You’re welcome.

A rtx 3080 for “only” 1080€.

No doubt that savings will go straight to the consumer, and not to their profit margin!

Exactly, all card makers will think of the customer first!

Anybody see this in GFE?

Yes, that’s the new non-DLSS image scaling that they added recently. It works about as well as FSR 1.0 does.

It’s actually closer to “RSR”, which is FSR1 applied at the very end of the image generation, which has the substantial downside that it also upscales text and HUD elements, making them look like ass. Basically only use it if you must, no other option.

Font is way too small.

Where’s the array of wide-mouthed bottles filled with “mountain dew”?

That should be in the What Could Possibly Go Wrong thread.

All of that effort, and then a chair like that.

Yeah, that chair will mess up your back real quick.

This belongs in a “say you’re a bachelor without saying you’re a bachelor” thread?

Multiple huge TVs? Check.

Chair only a bachelor would buy? Check.

Room utterly devoid of any decoration? Check.

All you need is the reverse view with the futon.
