Sure I could Google, but I have the groupthink at my disposal!

Anyone happen to know a cheap or free (or open source) sort of whiteboard program that stays resident and lets you draw right on top of whatever else is running? 3D things excluded, but drawing over the Windows desktop, Word documents, etc. is what I’m looking for.

If you add remote management, the new version of LogMeIn Pro that’s coming out next week can do that. They have a pre-order deal until 9/30 for $40/year for one pc (reg $70). I don’t know how many people can connect to a single pc at one time. I asked in their little question form.
