Why isn't there a criminal prosecution for this?

ITT pleads guilty to exporting classified military tech to other countries (one being China). 100 million is a drop in the bucket to a firm like that, and last I checked illegaly exporting classified military tech AND setting up a front to hide it, AND impeding a government investigation… all adds up to treason, obstruction of justice, and racketeering. Someone should be jailed for this.

Who says they won’t? Further reading elsewhere will tell you that this deals only with the company, there are still investigations of the individuals involved. Why are you assuming one announcement precludes other legal action?
