A picture OF Gary, or a picture that might have been placed there BY Gary? It’s an important distinction.
Considering it the encyclopedia that enybody can edit, I don’t think one can really say it was “hacked”.
The front page itself isn’t usually editable by normal or anonymous users, though the articles featured there do often see a lot of vandalism.
